Great for grilling, and simple for baking or broiling. If you want a delightful meal for two, (or perhaps for one hungry teenager) but you prefer the dark meat from a good chicken thigh and drumstick over the conventional chicken breast, then this cut is for you.


Our chickens live on pasture 24-hours every day and we move them to fresh grass and bugs daily, or even twice daily, depending on how big they are. We also give them a custom-mixed, organic (non-GMO), soy-free chicken feed. This is not your standard grocery store chicken, and you can taste - and love - the difference!
